All sales are FINAL.
We DO NOT issue refunds for lost packages. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item we will gladly offer store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, you must send proof of incorrect or damaged item to crystalgogogo1@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number on the subject line when drafting your email.
